Suitable for pipes from Dn 5100mm to Dn 600mm Rapid Flanged Offtake clamps can be supplied with offtakes from 80mm to 200mm. The armour plate’s span allows an outside diameter range of up to 10mm per segment.

A standard range is always available and we can manufacture specials to suit non standard pipe OD’s.

The Rapid Flanged Offtake Clamp is a quick economical and efficient method designed to provide a flanged connection off a new or existing pipeline. The Rapid Flanged offtake is ideally suited to Under Pressure Tapping, or providing Air valves or valve controlled hydrants.

316 SS Repair bands are constructed from 316 Stainless Steel and have a fully line rubber mat designed
to insulate the pipe and protect it from galvanic corrosion.
