ROADFIX® Cold Asphalt – High Performance Permanent Pothole Repair
ROADFIX® Cold Asphalt is a premium, deferred-set cold mix asphalt designed for permanent road, carriageway and footpath repairs. Suitable for asphalt and concrete surfaces, this high-performance cold asphalt delivers instant, durable results in dry or wet conditions.
Manufactured using advanced European cold asphalt technology, ROADFIX® combines penetrable grade bitumen, performance additives and selected aggregates for superior strength, flexibility and long-term wear resistance.
Ideal for potholes, utility cuts, reinstatements, driveways and car parks, ROADFIX® Cold Asphalt provides a cost-effective, all-weather solution that reduces labour, equipment and material waste.

Preparation
Remove loose debris, dust and excess water from the repair area before application.
Application
Loosen the bag before use. Place ROADFIX® Cold Asphalt into the repair and level. A 45mm layer compacts to approximately 30mm.
Coverage
At 20–30mm depth, one unit covers approximately 0.6m².
Compaction
Compact using a plate compactor or rammer. In emergency situations, vehicle tyres may be used.
Storage & Shelf Life
ROADFIX® Cold Asphalt can be stored in bulk for up to 2 years in hot, cold or wet conditions. A protective surface skin may form during storage — simply remix to restore full workability.
Safety
Avoid prolonged skin contact and use gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice if required.
